Each year, as the month of Esfand drew to a close, we welcomed Nowruz and the arrival of spring with joy, celebration, dancing, and the warmth of festive bonfires. We exchanged New Year greetings and wished one another a year filled with happiness, prosperity, good health, success, and countless other blessings. Yet, the events of Dey and the loss of innocent young people, women, and men, who lost their lives as a result of intolerance and unjustified self-interest, have left a profound impact on our hearts and minds, with this deep sorrow overshadowing every sense of joy. Even so, commemorating and preserving our ancient traditions remains a way of honoring our historical identity and cultural heritage. Despite the sorrow we carry in our hearts, we honor and celebrate Nowruz, and we sincerely wish the people of Iran good health, happiness, prosperity, and freedom in the year ahead.

Spring has arrived, yet we welcome Nowruz 1405 bearing the memory of a crimson winter: in remembrance of the brave souls who lost their lives in Dey and in sorrow for the wounded who carry upon their bodies the marks of steadfastness. This spring is not merely a season of blossoms; it is also a season of commitment—a covenant with the blood unjustly shed, a covenant with unspoken sorrows, and a covenant to build a brighter and more dignified tomorrow. May their memory be our guiding light, their names everlasting, and their path followed by many. May Nowruz 1405 be honored, and may the coming year bring justice, peace, and dignity to the people of this land.

This year, spring arrives with the blossoms of the apple tree beside the steadfast cypresses, inscribing yet another season upon the calendar. The ancient and venerable festival of Nowruz comes, in keeping with the rich culture of a free and flourishing Iran, embracing heaven and earth and heralding a renewed world resounding with awareness and awakening. To each and every one of you, the cherished members of the great Kowsar–Pars Heart Foundation family, who have ever been our companions and steadfast supporters, I wish a fairer beginning born of deliverance and days abounding in health, honor, and ever-increasing success. May the ancient festival of Nowruz be celebrated by you and by all the people of Iran. May Spring, the name and promise of all the children of this homeland, remain everlasting.

The ancient festival of Nowruz, this enduring legacy of resilience and renewal, returns once more to remind us that after every harsh winter, blossoming is inevitable. As we stand at the threshold of the New Year, let us, despite all hardships, keep the seed of hope alive within our hearts, for our history bears witness that this land has risen time and again, phoenix-like, from the ashes of adversity. Wishing for a year in which smiles are genuine, tables are blessed with abundance, and souls are at peace; a year that brings a brighter tomorrow for Iran and for you, the true treasures of this homeland. May your happiness endure, and may your kindness and affection remain everlasting.

I would like to extend my sincere congratulations to all my esteemed colleagues on the arrival of the ancient festival of Nowruz and the beginning of the New Year. This year’s Nowruz arrives at a time when our society has endured turbulent days filled with hardship and sorrow. In such times, we need one another’s empathy and support more than ever. As Saadi, the renowned Persian poet, has beautifully written: “Human beings are members of one body,
Created from the same essence.
When one member suffers in pain,
The rest cannot remain at peace.”
May the New Year be a time when, by strengthening our sense of responsibility, kindness, and solidarity, we stand together to overcome challenges and create a brighter future for ourselves and our society.
